1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("the Customer") place an order via and related pages, (the "Website"). Agreement is entered into between you and Peshawari Chapal. Detailed contact information and other information about Peshawari Chapal can be found on the Website. The terms are only applicable to the Customer who is a consumer and who makes orders via the Website.

1.2 To be able to order on the Website, the Customer must be 18 years of age or older. According to Pakistan law, Peshawari Chapal reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change a Customer's order (for example if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and / or has payment remarks).

1.3 Peshawari Chapal reserves the right to final sale and any image and typing errors on the Website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Peshawari Chapal has the right to correct any errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that the Customer has ordered, Peshawari Chapal reserves the right to remove the product from the Customer's order. 1.4 The website, and all contents on it, is owned by Peshawari Chapal or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Peshawari Chapal.

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 An agreement on purchase is entered into only when Peshawari Chapal has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Peshawari Chapal by e-mail. Peshawari Chapal urges the Customer to save this order confirmation for any contacts with Peshawari Chapal customer service. The customer can withdraw their order until it has been confirmed by Peshawari Chapal. If the order is revoked, Peshawari Chapal will refund all possible payments that the Customer or its payment or credit card company has made regarding the order.

3. Customer information etc

3.1 Peshawari Chapal recommends that the Customer creates a user account before the Customer purchases on the Website. When the Customer registers his user account and / or has to complete an order, the Customer will be asked to provide certain personal information. The Customer confirms that the information that the Customer fills in is correct and complete and is responsible for incorrectly filled in information. 3.2 The Customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the Customer can use the Customer's login information. The customer may not disclose the username and password of any unauthorized person and must ensure that the document with information about the username and password is stored in such a way that the unauthorized person cannot access the information. The Customer must immediately notify Peshawari Chapal if it can be suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to the Customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases made with his login details if such notification has not been made.

3.3 Peshawari Chapal suspects that the Customer is abusing their user account or login information or otherwise violates the Terms, Peshawari Chapal has the right to suspend the Customer.

4. Prices, fees and payment

4.1 When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Pakistan (RS) and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

4.2 The customer can pay in the manner specified on the Website. Read more about our payment methods and discounts on the Website's Payment Terms. Peshawari Chapal has the right to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by the Customer and approved by Peshawari Chapal. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, Peshawari Chapal or its partners may make a credit report. In such a case, you will be informed of this.

Peshawari Chapal reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or alternatively change payment methods if what the Customer has chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are set out on the Website.

5. Promotions and offers

Peshawari Chapal may from time to time offer promotions on the Website which may have more favorable terms than what is stated in these Terms, e.g. concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Peshawari Chapal in connection with the campaign. Peshawari Chapal reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the Website are valid as long as stock lasts.

6. Delivery and transport

6.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (eg in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), the delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the time the Peshawari Chapal confirms the order in writing through the order confirmation. 6.2 The expected delivery time of the product is stated on the order confirmation, at checkout and / or on the current product page on the Website. In the event of a delivery delay, Peshawari Chapal notifies you of this and continues to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a Customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

6.3 If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer always receives a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via e-mail, regular mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. If the Customer does not pick up the package, Peshawari Chapal has the right to charge the Customer a fee of RS 250 for work performed and shipping fees. Please note that unredeemed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal or free returns.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 When purchasing goods on the Website, a 7-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying Peshawari Chapal this within 7-days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). Note that if the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled it more than is necessary to investigate its properties or functions, a deduction on the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product will be made, e.g. faulty or broken cardboard for shoes or tools, broken packaging on intimate products, etc.

7.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • Goods with a broken seal;

7.3 By the Customer accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered in any other way than on a physical medium.

7.4 In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, the Customer may not break the seal if he wishes to be able to exercise his right of withdrawal. The right to regret thus ceases when the Customer breaks the seal. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (for example serial number).

7.5 If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to Peshawari Chapal in the manner specified under Right of withdrawal, Return & Exchange. The customer must enter his name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If the above alternative to notification does not want to be used by the Customer, Packages that are not picked up by a representative do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal and Peshawari Chapal allows the right to charge the customer RS 250 in fees for work done and shipping fees.

7.6 When exercising the right of withdrawal, Peshawari Chapal pays the return shipping. The goods must be sent back within 7 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Peshawari Chapal. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box. Returns must be made to Peshawari Chapal according to the methods and instructions stated on the Website, you will find these under Right of withdrawal, Return & Refund Policy.

7.7 For products with special conditions, the Customer pays the return shipping unless otherwise stated on the Product Page.

7.8 When the Customer regrets his purchase, Peshawari Chapal reimburses the amount paid by the Customer for the product, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery that Peshawari Chapal offers. When returning part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded. On the amount to be refunded, Peshawari Chapal has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to the Customer having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties. or function.

7.9 Peshawari Chapal pays back the amount as soon as possible. Peshawari Chapal may, however, wait with the refund until Peshawari Chapal has received the product or the Customer has shown that the product has been sent back, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment alternative chosen by the Customer, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

8. Products

8.1 All products we sell on are approved for use in Pakistan.

9. Warranty and complaint

9.1 The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to make a valid error in the ordered product must contact Peshawari Chapal as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact information stated on the Website. Complaints made within 15 days of the Customer discovering the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. The customer has a 15 days right to make a complaint about goods purchased on the Website. In the case of a complaint or warranty case, Peshawari Chapal reserves the right that it may take some time as the supplier of the product is the one who decides on approval of the case.

9.2 Peshawari Chapal is responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

9.3 When the complained product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Peshawari Chapal will compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Peshawari Chapal strives for this to take place within 15 days of Peshawari Chapal receiving the complaint, but this may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Peshawari Chapal reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1 Peshawari Chapal reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the Customer's approval of the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), or 30 days after Peshawari Chapal has informed the Customer of the changes. Peshawari Chapal, however, recommends that the Customer stays updated on the Website regularly to be notified of any changes to the Terms.
